Data Custody Commitment by INDOSYS • Client: New Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.

Data Ownership Declaration: INDOSYS acts strictly as a technological service provider and custodian. The Housing Society retains 100% legal ownership of all resident information, financial ledgers, and billing records stored within this system.

1. Database Isolation & Tenancy

INDOSYS provisions an isolated, independent database for the Society. Your resident records, mobile numbers, vehicle details, payment receipts, accounting vouchers, and staff records are stored in a dedicated database that is completely segregated from any other client organization.

No other society or unauthorized third party has access to your society’s database tables.

2. Confidentiality & No Commercial Monetization

INDOSYS strictly guarantees:

Zero Data Selling: We do never sell, rent, monetize, share, or trade resident contact numbers or financial details to marketing agencies, telemarketers, or commercial brokers.
Administrative Access: Database access is performed strictly for troubleshooting, running database migrations, or executing scheduled backups requested by your committee.
SSL & Transport Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and the Hostinger cloud server is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

3. Backups & Data Portability

Routine server database snapshots are maintained. In addition, the software provides committee administrators with self-service tools to export accounting registers, bill ledgers, and resident lists to standard formats (Excel/CSV).

Exit Portability: Upon contract termination and full settlement of dues, INDOSYS guarantees delivery of a standard export of the society's raw data within thirty (30) days.
