Important Notice: This software application is provisioned under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) usage license by INDOSYS. The subscribing client society holds only a limited subscription right of usage. Source code ownership, domain rights, and server infrastructure accounts remain exclusively with INDOSYS.
The Society Management software, including all underlying source code, system algorithms, user interface designs, stylesheets, database schemas, APIs, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of INDOSYS.
This software is provided on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license. The Society and its members are strictly prohibited from:
All primary domains, subdomains (e.g., society.indosys.in or custom domains), DNS configurations, and SSL certificates allocated for this portal are registered, managed, and held in the sole administrative ownership of INDOSYS.
The subscribing society is granted only an operational URL right during the active tenure of its paid subscription. Upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of the SaaS agreement, the society shall have no claim of ownership, takeover right, or domain buyout right over the allocated domain/subdomain.
The software application is deployed on cloud web hosting infrastructure (utilizing Hostinger Single or Premium hosting plans) managed directly by INDOSYS. While each society is provisioned with an independent application instance and an isolated database, server hardware resources are maintained under INDOSYS's administrative profiles.
INDOSYS makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure maximum uptime, rapid page loads, and data security. However, since the hosting environment relies on third-party cloud data center providers (Hostinger and telecommunication backbones), 100% uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
INDOSYS shall not be held liable for temporary outages caused by scheduled maintenance, upstream server hardware issues, telecommunication routing problems, or natural force majeure events.
The Software is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. INDOSYS does not act as an auditor, accountant, or mediator in society governance.
Under no circumstances shall INDOSYS be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential losses, resident disputes, penalty calculations, accounting discrepancies, or decisions made by the society's managing committee. The cumulative aggregate financial liability under the SaaS agreement shall strictly not exceed the subscription fees paid by the society in the preceding three (3) months.
